Change Agent (Travel)

Remote based with nationwide travel. Typically travel Monday mornings and return Friday evenings, with weekends at home. Four weeks deployed followed by one week off.

Required Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal judgment, active listening, and ability to work effectively with employees who are uncertain or resistant to change.

Technical proficiency with desktop software and smartphone applications; ability to learn new systems and teach users with different skill levels.

Experience delivering hands on training or coaching; ability to work independently across unfamiliar markets and meet the required travel schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

Organizational change management experience, including Prosci ADKAR or a comparable approach.

Experience in telecommunications, construction, field operations, or enterprise software rollout. Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Training

Selected Change Agents will receive change management training and TRACE system training before deployment.

About You:

Ability to travel 75%+

Working knowledge of MS Excel

Strong proficiency with MS Office

Experience in developing and reporting and other operational metrics

Ability to develop and present effective training materials

Ability to train, mentor and develop employees

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills

Solid understanding of operational, financial, and business fundamentals

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Bachelor's Degree in Business, or a minimum of 3 or more years of progressively responsible and directly related experience with telecommunication services

Salary Guidelines: $110,000 - $130,000/yr
