Certified Nursing Assistant - Night Shift

Heights Care & Rehab is looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our night shift team!

✅ Provide exceptional care and assistance with activities of daily living

✅ Help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night

✅ Assist with mobility, repositioning, transfers, toileting, and personal care

✅ Answer call lights promptly and respond with compassion

✅ Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to nursing staff

✅ Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

✅ Work alongside an amazing team dedicated to providing outstanding care

✔ Active Colorado CNA Certification

✔ Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

✔ Team player who enjoys supporting others

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Previous skilled nursing experience is a plus—but not required

We encourage 1-2 shifts of overtime (while shifts last), which is 1.5x your normal pay!
