About the Role
We are looking for a skilled
Ceramic Heater Technician
to join our production team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining high-quality industrial ceramic heaters used in various industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble ceramic band heaters and strip heaters according to technical drawings.
- Handle and install heating elements (NiCr wires) and ceramic insulators precisely.
- Perform electrical testing (insulation resistance, wattage, and voltage checks).
- Operate manual and semi-automatic machines for heater fabrication.
- Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards before shipping to clients.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty heating units.
Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial heater manufacturing (Ceramic or Mica heaters).
- **Technical Skills:**
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, resistance calculations, and industrial insulation materials.
- **Precision:**
- Ability to read technical blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, multimeters).
- **Education:**
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent vocational training.
- **Language:**
- Basic English or Arabic communication skills.
