Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team and manage day-to-day site operations.
- Monitor budgets and financial targets; review P&L reports to identify improvements.
- Grow revenue through customer relationships and business development.
- Build partnerships with insurers, repair businesses, dealerships and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new work and expand services while ensuring customer service and operational efficiency.
- Deliver strong safety, quality and compliance outcomes.
Candidate requirements
- Leadership experience in automotive, collision repair, mechanical, technical services or a related industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with budgets, KPIs and P&L reporting.
- Proactive business development and relationship management approach.
- Strong people leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven focus on growth, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
