About you
- Hold a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Have at least two years of experience in a similar leadership position.
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates employed from 1 October must provide evidence of National Child Safety Training or be willing to complete it before employment, including Foundation courses 1 and 2 and Advanced courses 3, 4 and 5.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship and support to educators, culinary professionals, trainees and students.
- Mentor and lead the team to support local families and children.
- Support quality outcomes for children.
