The role oversees front desk operations, client intake, and scheduling between parents and the multidisciplinary therapy team.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for families, visitors, and practitioners; oversee front desk operations and provide a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate daily sessions for speech therapists, occupational therapists, behavioral specialists, and clinicians; prevent booking conflicts.
- Manage intake forms, client records, administrative reports, billing, invoices, and database logs while maintaining confidentiality.
- Liaise among administrative and clinical staff, the Center In-Charge, and management; arrange meetings and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
- Maintain hygienic, organized, stocked therapy rooms, reception areas, and rehabilitation equipment.
- Support renewals of company and staff licences.
- Communicate with parents about schedules, attendance policies, billing, and center announcements.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years in center coordination, administrative management, or medical reception; rehabilitation, pediatric care, or medical-center experience is preferred.
- Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, and complex-schedule management skills.
- Emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience with children with special needs and their families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and administrative software systems.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
