Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to educate families about non toxic treatment solutions
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with schools, nurseries, and daycare centers
- Own the center’s sales goals, driving service bookings and retail product sales
- Organize and oversee community promotions and corporate partnerships
- Manage, schedule, and motivate team of therapists and front desk staff
- Supervise daily operations to ensure strict execution of treatment protocols
- Maintain rigorous health, safety, and sanitization standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client retention
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain equipment
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Center Manager, Salon Manager, Operations Supervisor, or Business Development Lead in premium salons, medical spas, pediatric clinics, or premium hospitality sectors in Qatar
- Strong sales and marketing background with a proven track record of driving business growth
- Solid leadership skills with ability to implement operational protocols and manage staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred
- Client centric attitude with empathy and professionalism

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic, results driven, and highly ambitious Center Manager / Supervisor to pioneer and launch our very first branch in Qatar. This is not just an operational role—we need a leader who excels in Sales & Marketing to drive awareness, educate the market on our innovative concept, and
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Concept Awareness: Develop and execute local marketing strategies to educate families, mothers, and the wider community about our unique, non toxic treatment solutions.
- B2B Networking & Partnerships: Proactively reach out to, build, and maintain strategic relationships with local schools, nurseries, and daycare centers to coordinate screening days and educational campaigns.
- Hit Revenue Targets: Own the center’s sales goals (KPIs), driving both service bookings and the retail of our specialized preventive products.
- Local Outreach: Organize and oversee community promotions, activations, and corporate partnerships to continuously build a solid client pipeline.
- Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and motivate the team of therapists and front desk staff, ensuring a positive, professional, and high performance workplace environment.
- Enforce Treatment Protocols: Supervise daily operations to guarantee that staff strictly execute our 3 step specialized protocol flawlessly.
- Strict Quality & Hygiene Control: Maintain rigorous health, safety, and sanitization standards across the facility.
- Client Experience Management: Deliver exceptional customer service, handle parent inquiries with empathy and professionalism, and ensure absolute customer retention.
- Inventory & Asset Control: Monitor stock levels of treatment formulas and ensure regular maintenance of our revolutionary suction devices and equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Center Manager, Salon Manager, Operations Supervisor, or Business Development Lead, preferably within premium salons, medical spas, pediatric clinics, or premium hospitality sectors in Qatar.
- Strong Sales & Marketing Background: A proven track record of driving business growth, executing local marketing initiatives, and managing commercial KPIs.
- Solid Leadership Skills: Strong personality with the ability to lead, implement strict operational protocols, manage staff discipline, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
- Client Centric Attitude: Empathetic, patient, and highly professional when dealing with children and parents.
