Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house operations at whichever site you're scheduled; act as first point of contact for families.
- Coordinate student schedules, tutor coverage, and session logistics across centers.
- Maintain accurate student records, billing documents, and session tracking.
- Build reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Maintain AMC/maintenance records, liaise with vendors, and coordinate repairs.
- Order and manage supplies/stock for each location.
- Support the Center Director with assessments, consultations, and general administration.
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure each site's presentation meets standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Based in the UAE and available for on-site work, Dubai Hills Mall.
- Prior experience in education, administration, or customer service.
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (essential).
- Able to work independently and within a team.
Working Hours
- 5 days per week (2 non-consecutive days off)
- Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sundays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Total: 48 paid hours/week
