Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and support customer master data processes within Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM). Understand and map relationships between Oracle ERP Financial Accounts and Oracle CX Sales Accounts. Develop and maintain solutions using Oracle PVOs (Public View Objects) for party, account, and hierarchy-related data. Design, query, and optimize data models using SQL for reporting, integration, and data migration activities. Support data reconciliation, hierarchy management, and master data governance initiatives. Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure data integrity across Oracle applications.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management (CDM) . Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Financial Accounts and Oracle CX Sales Account structures. Experience working with Oracle PVOs for Party, Customer, Account, and Hierarchy information. Strong SQL development and data modeling skills. Experience with customer master data, account hierarchies, and data integration. Ability to analyze complex data relationships and troubleshoot data issues.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud / CX Cloud implementations. Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Knowledge of customer master data migration and data governance processes. Experience working in cross-functional Oracle ERP and CX environments.
