To Qualify
3 to 6 months of tractor trailer experience in the last year or 1 year of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years is required. Drivers must have a valid CDL-A license and current medical card. Clearinghouse should be free of any violations, and 12 months of safe driving are required for a safety termination.
Job Duties for this CDL-A Driver Position
- This OTR position runs primarily East of I-35 with occasional runs outside the region based on customer needs. Routes are planned to support consistent miles and weekly home time.
Onboarding Process for CDL-A Driver
Remote orientation is provided, with the physical completed near home before truck pickup. After orientation, drivers are routed to the nearest terminal for truck assignment.
• Hotel room and lunch provided before the first load • $200 onboarding pay
