Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented CCTV Operator & Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, ensuring security compliance, and preparing accurate, data-driven reports using advanced Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure continuous surveillance of all operational areas.
- Identify, report, and escalate any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Maintain daily logs and incident reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and data analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze operational and security data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar monitoring role.
- Mandatory: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
