CCTV Operator-ARABIC

1.Monitor security CCTV in each work station as per post requirements.

Follow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV Control Room and its facilities; ensure proper electronic surveillance is in range, ensure proper communication with security team, perform as per CCTV operator certified norms and skills.

Ensure proper understanding of all compliance in responding to all security levels based on the location Emergency Reports and Response for effective ERT mobilization with updates to LINE Manager as per standard practice and the Emergency Communication Chart.

Electronic Surveillance Documenting / Recording Information / Investigation / Cause Report

Maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with the regulations set up by Department of Protective Systems (DPS) and to ensure the security of the control room and equipment is maintained at all times. Ensure recording of all CCTV Surveillance Cameras both static and PTZ for all the areas as per post instruction with occurrences, maintenance of log book with proper handing and taking over, periodic reporting of security status to LINE Manager & location in-charge, Report surveillance findings with accuracy with up-to-date events.

Ensure no surveillance system, recording system, servers etc for any misuse, abuse or use of any unauthorized USB devices that could spread virus, data theft, watching unacceptable material etc.

Accountable to understand rules, policies or regulations of the premises through the post orders from the Line Manager.

Communicate team on security updates Develop and maintain positive relation among the team.

Provide assistance in displaying and exhibiting the CCTV services to interested parties, provide an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquires.

To ensure the safety and security of people

and property within public areas and other

facilities via surveillance of the CCTV

Network applying safety regulations as per the site evacuation plan and instructions and follow measures relating to accident, incident and other risk.

Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons; help the local police in case of emergencies such as thefts or violence.

Maintain good rapport and coordinate with Technical for a smooth technical support.

Comply in meeting the standards relating to the grooming, and punctuality.

Must be alert and attentive to deliver the task at all the times.

Maintain clean attendance record and avoid late arrival at site.
