Role Overview (Brief)

• **Catering Supervisor:** Supervise daily catering operations, ensure service quality, and manage service teams
• **Store Supervisor / Store Keeper:** Manage inventory, stock control, and store operations
• **Head Butcher:** Lead butchery section, ensure quality cutting, storage, and hygiene standards
• **Steward Supervisor:** Oversee cleaning and stewarding operations, maintain hygiene compliance
• **Waiters / Waitress:** Deliver excellent customer service and maintain dining standards
• **Commis / Demi Chef / Chef de Partie:** Support kitchen production, maintain food quality, and follow culinary standards
• **Steward:** Maintain cleanliness, support kitchen operations, and ensure hygiene compliance

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a **similar role 2-3 years (catering, hospitality, or retail projects)**
• **Immediate availability preferred**
• **Valid QID (Qatar ID)**
• **Valid Food Handling / Medical Certificate** (Mandatory)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP preferred)
