Key Responsibilities
1.
Menu Planning: Plans and follows menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of labor camp workers.
2.
Food Production: Supervises food preparation, ensuring that meals are prepared on time, and meet quality and safety standards.
3.
Kitchen Management: Maintains a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
4.
Team Supervision: Trains, motivates, and disciplines catering staff, ensuring they follow procedures and meet performance standards.
5.
Inventory Management: Maintains accurate records of inventory levels, monitors stock levels, and orders supplies as needed.
6.
Quality Control: Conducts regular quality checks to ensure meals meet high standards of taste, presentation, and nutrition.
7.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Manages catering budget, tracks expenses, and ensures cost-effective operations.
Requirements
and Skills

Catering or Hospitality Experience: Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or a related field.
2.
Supervisory Skills: Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
3.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality meals and presentation.
4.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with staff, management, and labor camp workers.
5.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with exposure to heat, noise, and humidity.
6.
Basic Math Skills: Basic math skills for inventory management and cost control.
