The Catering Specialist & Sales Associate is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, promoting products, and supporting sales while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly and professional experience.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
- Assist customers with beverage selection and provide recommendations.
- Promote products, special offers, and upselling opportunities.
- Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation and service areas.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Ensure products are presented and served according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations.
- Support daily operational tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, beverage service, cafés, restaurants, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic POS and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
