Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Catering Sales Manager role based in Riyadh.
The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and converting catering leads, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and private clients, and promoting the company’s catering offerings across Foods Gate brands.
Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals and contracts, conducting site visits and client meetings, and coordinating event details such as menus, setups, and service requirements with kitchen and operations teams.
The role will monitor client satisfaction, manage event timelines and budgets, and ensure that all catering events meet quality, service, and brand standards.
The Catering Sales Manager will also analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing to identify new business opportunities and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Catering Sales and Food & Beverage, with experience selling catering solutions and understanding menu offerings and operational capabilities.
- Strong Event Planning abilities, including coordinating logistics, timelines, and budgets for corporate, social, and special events.
- Demonstrated strengths in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of building long-term client relationships and managing feedback constructively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with culinary, operations, and finance teams.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurants; prior work in the Saudi or GCC market is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
