Overview
Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere, Public, Soil and Kumo.
We are looking for talented professionals to join our Catering Kitchen team in a dynamic and professional hospitality environment, across multiple kitchen sections.
Available Positions
- Demi Chef (Experience in Asian cuisine – Sushi – Hot & Cold section, or Butchery)
- Commis Chef (Experience in Continental cuisine)
- Chef de Partie (Experience in one of the following sections: Bakery, Pastry, Cold Kitchen)
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the same field or similar kitchen sections
- Ability to work in a team and perform under pressure
- Commitment to food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Hospitality or large-scale kitchen experience is preferred
- If you are passionate about cooking and have the required experience, we would be happy to have you on our team.
