Requirements
· Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and catering management software.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
