Qualifications
- Experience in category management, customer management or business management, ideally with exposure to hardware or Bunnings.
- A strategic, commercially sharp thinker who can turn limited data into a compelling story and clear recommendations.
- Strong understanding of consumer and shopper insights, and how to use them to drive range, portfolio and pricing decisions.
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence across sales, marketing, insights and senior leaders.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and competing priorities, and excited to shape a role rather than follow a set framework.
