Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market share
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract agreements
• Monitor category performance and develop action plans to achieve business targets
• Optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, and inventory levels
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Prepare category forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and category innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in category management, procurement, merchandising, or commercial management
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Experience with supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
