Position overview

Responsibilities

• Execute category plans covering assortment, pricing, promotion, and shelf placement.
• Manage vendor promotional submissions to align with category expectations and P&L requirements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and secure timely, accurate contract submissions.
• Manage seasonal and promotional inventory for corporate retail stores.
• Support item launches, life cycle management, and exit strategies.
• Maintain the Not on File process as directed by category managers.
• Prepare notes for ad proofing with Marketing, DC Sales, Managed Ad Groups, and other teams.
• Research and resolve store pricing issues related to promotional offers.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, food marketing, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Two years of experience in marketing, category management, or store leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret and analyze data.
• Working knowledge of category planning practices and ability to determine quick solutions.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Nielsen Category Management tools.
• Purchasing systems experience is a plus.

Compensation

• Pay range is $70,304–$78,530.
