Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented English and Arabic Catalog Executive to support the development and maintenance of our online Fashion catalog.
• The role offers hands-on experience in catalog management, content development, and product data optimization.
• You will work closely with the catalog team to ensure that product descriptions, metadata, and content are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards.
• Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading product descriptions for our English and Arabic catalog
• Ensure all catalog information (titles, descriptions, images, etc.) is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
• Conduct research to gather relevant product information and enhance the content quality.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop catalog content that drives sales and customer engagement.
• Organise and upload product information to the content management system (CMS) and ensure it is properly categorised.
• Perform regular audits of the catalog to identify and correct any errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information.
• Support SEO efforts by optimising product listings with relevant keywords.
• Assist in maintaining documentation for catalog processes and procedures.
• Respond to inquiries or requests related to the catalog from internal teams or external partners.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content with attention to detail.
• Interest in e-commerce, product catalog management, or digital marketing.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
