Casting: On-Camera Talent & Videographer — DIFC AI Launch Shoot (Paid Trial → Retainer or Full Time )

About This Role

Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited is a DIFC-registered AI company (CL11954) based at AI Campus, Dubai. We have built two AI products and we are launching them this month. We need to shoot the launch reels in DIFC.

The project

One-day shoot at AI Campus and Innovation Hub Building, DIFC. Filming permission already approved by DIFC for any day between 11 to 16 May 2026. Five to six short reels (30 to 60 seconds each), shot in one day.

The reels will run on Meta and LinkedIn ads targeting Dubai SMEs and GCC investors.

Why we are doing it this way

This shoot is a paid skills test. We are looking to build a long-term creative team. Rather than hiring blind from a CV, we want to see you work first.

The path:

Step 1 - Paid trial (this shoot).  AED 500 day rate plus AED 100 per reel used. One day of work, real footage, real output.

Step 2 - Monthly retainer.  If the reels perform and we close clients from them, we move to a monthly retainer with steady work.

Step 3 - Full-time role with UAE visa.  Sponsored by Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited once revenue supports it.

We are not looking for one-off freelancers. We are looking for two people we can grow with. The trial is how we find out if that is you.

The two roles

Role 1 — Videographer / Editor

• Shoot 5 to 6 short reels in one day
• Handheld and gimbal style, DSLR or phone-first
• Must own your own equipment
• Edit and deliver final reels within 5 working days

Role 2 — On-Camera Talent / Presenter

You are the face of the launch reels. We provide six short scripts. You perform them on camera with confidence, warmth, and clarity.

We are open to:

• Models and content creators with strong on-camera presence
• TV / radio presenters and hosts
• Voice actors and trained on-camera talent
• Influencers and creators who already produce reels
• Aspiring talent with a strong self-tape

You do not need formal acting training. You do need to look natural and confident on camera. Comfortable with English. Comfortable with business, finance, and AI language. Open to all genders, ages, and backgrounds.

Compensation

• AED 500 day rate for the shoot day (each role)
• Monthly retainer if reels drive results
• Full-time role with UAE visa once revenue supports it

The products you will be shooting for

Boost My Business AI  - AI marketing system for Dubai SMEs (clinics, real estate, restaurants).

Gulf Capital Intelligence (GCI)  - AI deal screening platform for family offices, VCs, and investors.

You will shoot a mix of B2C reels (BMB) and B2B reels (GCI) in the same day.

Important - must read before applying

UAE law requires a valid freelance permit for paid commercial work. This means one of the following:

• GoFreelance Influencer Permit (TECOM / Dubai Media City)
• National Media Council freelance permit
• Employment under a licensed UAE production/media company

No permit, no shoot. We follow UAE media rules strictly.
