Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused **Cashier / Waitress** to join our specialty coffee team.
The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service while maintaining smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and cashier station
- Assist baristas when needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic inquiries or concerns
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed and presentable
Important
