Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cashier / Waitress to join our specialty coffee team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service while maintaining smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and cashier station
- Assist baristas when needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic inquiries or concerns
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed and presentable
Important:
- Must be able to join immediately (Urgent hiring)
- Valid NOC is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
