Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain clean, organized dining and cashier areas.
- Work with teammates to support smooth daily operations.
Requirements and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service orientation.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with good memory and attention to detail.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and stand and walk for extended periods.
- Restaurant experience is preferred but not always required; customer service, cashiering, or food service experience is an advantage.
- Friendly, professional, customer-oriented, and organized team player.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
