Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage customers efficiently and accurately and be able to provide assistance.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a positive friendly services.
- Scan and process customer purchases accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues.
- Follow security and fraud prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in other store duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Must have a high typing speed.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.

- Diploma or Degree Holder
- **Language**: Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic.
Job Type: Full-time
