Cashier/Receptionist

About This Role

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage customers efficiently and accurately and be able to provide assistance. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a positive friendly services.
• Scan and process customer purchases accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues.
• Follow security and fraud prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in other store duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Must have a high typing speed.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree Holder

Language: Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic.

Location Assignment: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 2300 to 2500 SAR

Nationality: Any Nationality
