Responsibilities
- Operate registers, scanners, and credit and debit card terminals.
- Process refunds and help with customer issues.
- Collect payments and bag purchases for customers.
- Keep the customer service area clean and orderly.
- Learn about company products and policies.
Requirements
- Strong mathematical skills and basic computer system knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and time management skills; problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
