JD Auto Zone LLC is looking for an experienced and customer-focused **Car Wash Supervisor / Cashier** to manage daily car wash operations, customer service, and cash handling activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily car wash and detailing operations
- Allocate work to car wash attendants and monitor productivity
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned and delivered according to company standards
- Welcome customers and explain available services
- Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, and daily sales reports
- Receive and process cash, card, and digital payments
- Manage customer bookings and service records
- Monitor stock levels of chemicals, consumables, and washing materials
- Handle customer complaints and service-related issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and wash areas
- Prepare daily operational and collection reports for management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Car Wash, Automotive Service Center, or similar role
- Experience in both operational supervision and cashier/front desk duties
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and invoicing experience
- Ability to supervise a team and manage daily operations
- English language proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
