Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex technical and operational initiatives and resolve high-priority payment incidents, inquiries, and escalations.
• Direct readiness for mandates, infrastructure changes, system releases, and modernization efforts.
• Support VES integration, SWIFT releases and Ledger, new payment platforms, and Fedwire and CHIPS changes.
• Identify and resolve operational risks, control gaps, and implementation issues.
• Coordinate communication across teams and guide recurring inquiries and department-wide initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, documentation, and training.
• Drive project milestones, implementation quality, and compliance with mandated deadlines.

Qualifications

• A business-related bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication, discussion facilitation, and collaborative assertiveness.
• Comfort presenting data to stakeholders.
• Able to learn new concepts and product or functional requirements quickly.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and own project or initiative work.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
