Key requirements from this job
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of geriatric experience
- OR LPN background
- Experience in settings such as: Nursing homes Home health
- Nursing homes
- Home health
- ADvantage Case Management experience not required ; training provided
- Ability to work independently
- Strong computer and typing skills
