- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and families regarding services and scheduling.
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding approvals and authorizations when required.
- Address patient concerns and facilitate problem resolution. Receive and process referrals for home healthcare services.
- Assess patient service requirements and coordinate care plans.
- Schedule and coordinate home visits for nurses, physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure continuity of care and timely delivery of services.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
- Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
