Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Carton Filling Machine Operator located in Sofia.
The role involves operating carton filling machinery, ensuring accurate machine setup, and monitoring systems to maintain consistent production quality.
Responsibilities
include performing routine quality checks, handling maintenance tasks as necessary, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
The operator will also communicate effectively with team members to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless production operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience with operating and maintaining production machinery
- Understanding of Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to production standards
- Familiarity with Hand Tools for routine equipment adjustments and preventive maintenance
- Strong Communication skills for collaboration and reporting technical issues
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
