About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise tufting machine operations (cut pile, loop pile)
- Manage operators for backing, latexing, shearing, and finishing
- Monitor machine efficiency and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance team for tufting machine repairs
- Ensure production targets are met (daily/weekly output)
- Inspect carpets for defects (pile height, density, pattern issues)
- Control raw material usage (yarn, backing fabric, latex)
- Train workers on machine handling and safety procedures
- Maintain production and quality reports
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
