Carpentry Supervisor – Interior Design & Fit‑Out

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years UAE experience

We are a leading interior design and fit‑out company based in Al Quoz, delivering high‑quality residential and commercial projects.

We are looking for a skilled Carpentry Supervisor with strong joinery production knowledge and hands‑on site experience to join our growing team.

Supervise carpentry and joinery works across production and site installation

Conduct accurate on‑site estimation and material take‑offs

Manage and coordinate teams to ensure timely project execution

Oversee quality control (QC) and ensure compliance with project specifications

Apply value engineering to optimize materials, cost, and production efficiency

Ensure proper implementation of company systems, processes, and documentation

Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients as required

Monitor progress and resolve site‑related issues promptly

Minimum 5 years UAE experience in carpentry, joinery, or fit‑out supervision

Strong knowledge of joinery production, materials, and fabrication methods

Valid UAE driving license

Proven experience in team management and site coordination

Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

Strong understanding of QC procedures and fit‑out standards

Familiarity with value engineering principles

Knowledge of fit‑out and joinery systems and workflows

Excellent communication and leadership skills
