Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Supervisor to oversee carpentry works, manage workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise carpenters and daily site activities.
- Assign tasks and monitor work progress.
- Read and follow drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with site management and other trades.
- Report progress and material requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of carpentry supervisory experience.
- Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, fitout, or maintenance projects.
- Technical or trade certification in carpentry.
