Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator with experience in wood manufacturing and door assembly.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of veneer pressing, stitching, CNC operations, and general woodworking processes.
This role requires attention to detail, machine handling expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain woodworking machinery, including CNC and boring machines
- Perform veneer pressing and stitching processes
- Assemble wooden doors and components accurately
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
- Ensure quality control throughout the production process
- Conduct basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance
- Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a machine operator in woodworking or door manufacturing
- Knowledge of veneer pressing, stitching, CNC, and boring machines
- Experience in door assembly and general woodwork
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certification in woodworking or machine operation
- Experience working with automated or semi-automated machinery
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,300.00 per hour
