Joinery Foreman – Total Homeworx | Dubai, UAE
Total Homeworx is a leading interior fitout and renovation company based in Dubai, certified by Emaar and Nakheel.
We specialize in bespoke residential and commercial spaces — from custom joinery and luxury kitchens to full villa renovations.
We are looking for an experienced Joinery Foreman
to lead our on-site joinery team and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and project delivery.
What We'Re Looking For
- Proven experience in joinery/carpentry in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of fitout materials, finishes, and installation methods
- Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills
- Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects in the UAE
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating the joinery team on site
- Ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification
- Liaising with project managers and other trades on site
- Maintaining quality control and safety standards
