  • Structural Framework Construction : Accurately measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to build strong, reliable frameworks for walls, floors, and roofs in accordance with blueprints and building codes.
  • Installation and Finishing : Skillfully install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, molding, and other fixtures, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail for both interior and exterior elements.
  • Repair and Maintenance : Perform repairs on existing structures, replace damaged or worn components, and ensure buildings remain in good condition and meet safety standards.
  • Safety and Maintenance Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and building regulations, and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment
  • Previous carpentry experience on commercial projects (e.g., hospitals, schools, grocery stores, parking garages, etc.)
  • Flexibility in your work schedule
  • Strong decision-making, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high-quality approach and will make safety a priority in your daily work routine
  • Passion about learning and growing your skillset
