We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Carpenter** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing of wooden structures and furniture used in exhibitions, events, retail fit-out projects, and interior decoration works.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials.
- Manufacture exhibition stands, display units, counters, partitions, doors, cabinets, and furniture.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
- Install carpentry works at workshops and project sites.
- Perform repairs, modifications, and maintenance of wooden structures.
- Ensure work is completed according to quality standards and project deadlines.
- Follow all safety procedures and company regulations.
- Maintain tools and keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Carpenter.
- Experience in exhibitions, events, fit-out, or joinery works is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of MDF, plywood, laminates, veneers, and finishing materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to work on-site when required.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
