Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture; repair and maintain wooden fixtures and fittings.
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications, and complete work to project requirements and timelines.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines safely.
• Inspect and replace damaged frameworks or structures.
• Keep work areas and tools clean and follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven carpentry experience; UAE experience is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements, with knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
• Skilled in using carpentry tools and machinery; physically fit for manual work.
• Maintenance or fit-out experience and knowledge of polishing, varnishing, or laminates are preferred.
• Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, teamwork, and coordination.

Work arrangement
