Cargo Dispatcher
Role Overview
The Cargo Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and dispatching cargo shipments to ensure the safe, timely, and efficient movement of freight through airport cargo facilities.
This role serves as the communication hub between warehouse personnel, airline partners, trucking companies, customers, and operational teams to support on-time cargo processing and delivery while maintaining compliance with company, airline, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily cargo dispatch activities and shipment movement.
- Monitor cargo status and communicate updates, delays, and exceptions.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and operational records.
- Work closely with warehouse teams, airline partners, and trucking vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company, airline, TSA, and airport regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support issue resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of experience in logistics, cargo, warehouse, transportation, or airline operations preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
