Responsibilities

  • Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and engaging conversation.
  • Daily Living Support: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
  • Specialized Care: Support for veterans with mobility challenges or memory care needs (dementia/Alzheimer's).
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate care notes to ensure our veterans receive the best possible support through the VA program.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have at least 1 Year Experience
  • CNA or HHA preferred but not required.
  • Must have Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or be willing to obtain it upon hire.
  • TB Clearance required (must have been completed within the last 90 days or within 7 days after hire).
  • A compassionate heart and a deep respect for our veteran community.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
