Role Description
The Caregiver role at CareSynqAI is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Caregiver will provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care, including assistance with daily living activities, medication reminders, mobility support, personal hygiene, and basic wound or health monitoring tasks as directed by clinical staff.
The role includes observing and documenting changes in clients’ health and behavior, coordinating with remote healthcare professionals using digital tools, and supporting the use of wearables or monitoring devices.
The Caregiver will communicate regularly with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and adherence to care plans.
The position also involves maintaining a safe, clean environment and promoting clients’ independence, dignity, and comfort.
Qualifications
- Strong caregiving and patient support skills, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care.
- Experience in basic health monitoring, such as tracking vital signs, observing symptoms, and following clinical instructions.
- Comfort using digital tools, health apps, and wearable devices, with the ability to follow AI-driven or remote clinician guidance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with a compassionate and client-centered approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and respond calmly in urgent or changing care situations.
- Previous experience in home healthcare, nursing assistance, or caregiving is highly beneficial.
- Relevant certification or training in caregiving, nursing assistance, or healthcare support preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic; additional languages commonly spoken in the region are a plus.
