About the Role
_HR Policy Advisor_
Core Purpose of the job:
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across the Company through regular review of HR processes and procedures in accordance with the HRPC objectives.
Requirements
- Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HR role.
- On-hand experience in drafting, modifying, and developing policies.
- Excellent knowledge of HR-related regulations and recent changes in the HR field.
- Excellent reading skills and high attention to details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excell, Word, etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
