- coordinating with HR Business Partners
- Identify potential opportunities
- Implementation of internship programs
- Periodically the effectiveness of the career development program
- Suggesting measures for improvement
- Planning: IDP, CEP, ODP, PIP in conjunction with the HR Strategic Partner based
- Scheduling milestone presentations
- Implementation, Participate and assist in the succession planning campaigns
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- **Min Experience:** 5 years relevant experience in Career development, career counselling, Succession Planning
Skills and Competencies
