About This Role

About The Role

Providing specialized professional consultations to employees in accordance with scientific methodologies and approved international standards, with the aim of supporting professional development, enhancing job readiness, and enabling employees to make appropriate professional decisions in a way that achieves the goals of institutional development and raising the efficiency of human capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Individual professional consulting
  • Diagnosis and analysis: Monitoring behavioral and performance challenges and analyzing strengths and development opportunities.
  • Specialized support: guiding employees in career exploration, building professional identity, and making crucial decisions.
  • Transition Management: Enabling employees to adapt to organizational changes and career transitions seamlessly.
  • Planning and follow-up: Preparing individual development plans and measuring the impact of mentoring on performance and job satisfaction.
  • Professional evaluation and standards
  • Measurement Management: Apply and interpret approved global metrics to provide accurate insights into employee capabilities.
  • Advisory Reports: Transforming evaluation results into courses of action that support hiring and development decisions.
  • Workshops and awareness programs
  • Vocational education: Design and implement awareness programs to raise professional readiness and spread the culture of planning for the future.
  • Group development: Leading interactive workshops to enhance soft skills and professionalism.
  • Planning and integration with management
  • Strategic alignment: Linking employees' career aspirations to the organization's strategic goals.
  • Decision support: Providing advisory recommendations to management that contribute to retaining competencies and improving the work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related .
  • At least 6 years of practical experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in providing professional consultations
  • Specializes in (Birkman) and (Positive Resilience) metrics and international professional assessments."
  • Technical skills:
  • Communication and influence: advanced communication skills, effective listening, and the arts of presentation and presentation.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: High ability to analyze behavioral and occupational metrics and draw conclusions.
  • Development planning: Building integrated professional development plans with follow-up and session management skills.
  • Administrative efficiency: preparing professional reports, recommendations, and managing workshops effectively.
  • Organization and Ethics: Time management par excellence with full commitment to confidentiality and professional standards.
