Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions
- Help clients improve resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and job applications
- Conduct interview preparation and mock interview sessions
- Guide clients on career planning and job search strategies
- Support professionals in career transitions and growth planning
- Deliver coaching with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
- Track client progress and maintain coaching records
- Stay updated on hiring trends and labor market insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client success outcomes
