Care Manager

This role will initially involve training at our Bondi Junction office before transitioning to our Rockdale office, where you will be responsible for supporting clients across the Sutherland Shire. Within this role you’ll work alongside a passionate and collaborative team, leading and coordinating client care while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. $8000 car allowance and a fortnightly phone allowance.

A tertiary qualification in a health-related field (e.g. social work, allied health) with at least 1 year of experience working with seniors and Home Care Packages

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and adapt to changing needs

You thrive in a team environment and are willing to offer assistance when needed.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and the flexibility to travel when required
