We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team, providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes across Bedford.

Whether you’re experienced or completely new to care, we provide full paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

£14.50 – £15.50 per hour

Morning shifts: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Evening shifts: 4:00pm - 10:00pm

Alternate weekends required

Full-time and part-time roles available

Flexible and guaranteed hours contracts available

Providing companionship and emotional support

Helping with daily routines and household tasks

Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, ironing)

Preparing meals and supporting nutrition

Running errands (shopping, prescriptions)

Supporting with personal care (where required)

Medication reminders

Supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities

A caring and compassionate nature

Good communication and people skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks

Respect for client dignity and confidentiality

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

Right to work in the UK (required)

You must have access to a vehicle with business use insurance
